Hello, I am Vinay Ravindran, a globally certified Human Resource Management Professional SPHRi™ certified HR practitioner.I have around 15 years of experience in various HR functions like Talent Acquisition (Engineering, Software/Non-Technical), Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organization Development, HR Operations, Multisite HR Handling, HR Policies and System Implementation and have hands-on experience in using HRD instruments.

Academic wise, I did my Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management -Kozhikode
And, later updated my professional knowledge with certifications in Thomas Profiling (HJA+PPA) from Thomas International.

Attended Basic Lab in Human Process from ISABS( Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences
Certified from XLRI, Jamshedpur on Competency-Based Behavioural Interview.

I do have a special interest in “Competency Mapping” P-CMM Frame Work, Balanced Score Card, and HR Metrics. Employee Engagement Survey’s, HR Branding, Job Evaluation, HR Automation & HR Research and desire to work on these topics
Currently, I am associated with a Research and Analytics KPO Company as Senior Manager – HR spearheading the Human Resource function of Hyderabad delivery centre.
