Participating as a speaker in the roundtable discussion on “The Future of Work – Creating Inclusive Cultures in Remote and Hybrid Environments” at #AccelHERate2024, hosted by HerKey, was a privilege.

A key reinforcement of the learning was that Talent is gender -neutral. Diversity is a present and continuous reality of a modern workplace. Inclusion in the workplace is an intentional choice, one that we have to make every day.
