I second your thoughts Sir. To add on, I think, coaching around should be included from the formal education phase of an individual in coming days.

A3: Support from Stakeholders, Inadequate communication from the leadership team, lack of consistent support, struck in organization bureaucracy #LeadershipforGrowth
