Know Me

  Hello,

 I am Vinay Ravindran,  I did my Masters in Business Administration from Osmania University,  Hyderabad, with certification in  Thomas Profiling (HJA+PPA) from Thomas International, Certified Recruitment Analyst from CAMI -USA, Attened Basic Lab in Human Process from  ISABS( Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences & Certified from XLRI, Jamshedpur on Competency Based Behavioural Interview.

I  had nearly 9+ year’s of experience  in Talent Acquisition (Engineering,IT/Non Technical ) , Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Organization Development , HR Operations, Multi site HR Handling, HR Policies and System Implementation, Business Partner and hands on experience in using HRD instruments.

I do have  special interest in “Competency Mapping” P-CMM Frame Work, Balanced Score Card, HR Metrics. Employee Engagement Survey’s , HR Branding,Job Evaluation, HR Automation & HR Research and desire to work on these topics.

Currently I am associated with  a Research and Analytics KPO  Company as Manager – HR  spearheading the Human Resource function of Hyderabad delivery center.
According to Gallup’s Strength finder my top 5 strengths are : Includer, Woo, Relator, Self Assurance, Postivity .
